Marika is an experienced company secretary with clients across a variety of industries including technology, health, education, human resources, construction and luxury goods.  

 

She has worked with organisations in the Australian and international markets including China, USA, UK, Canada, Indonesia, Singapore and the Middle East and previously held an in-house role at Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil company in Saudi Arabia.  

 

Marika has significant experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and, combined with her strong understanding of the public and investor relations space, advises her clients on how to ensure their corporate governance requirements are executed effectively and guides them through major company projects including, but not limited to, capital raisings, IPOs, investor roadshows and share plans.

Nick is recognised as one of Australia's leading private equity and M&A lawyers and has advised on hundreds of deals in his distinguished 25 year legal career.

Janelle Watts

Janelle is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising in private M&A and venture capital.

She has worked within large national and global firms, and prior to joining Hamilton Locke, worked in-house at Telstra, looking after the Telstra Ventures portfolio and muru-D (Telstra’s start up accelerator).
